Dinosaurs are extinct animals that lived on the earth millions of years ago. Dinosaurs are known as one of the strongest animals in the world. Dinosaurs are extinct animals belonging to the group of Reptiles and clade Dinosauria. Dinosaurs belong to the Kingdom Animalia and the Phylum Chordata. They are established on the earth 230 million ago during the Triassic Period and they lived on the earth for 165 million years. Sir Richard Owen who invented the name Dinosaurs which describes the fossils of extinct reptiles.
The word Dinosaurs is derived from the Greek word deinos means terrible and sauros means lizard. Dinosaurs were extinct about 65 million years ago at the end of the Cretaceous Period. They were extinct by the asteroid which was felled on the earth in the Cretaceous period. After the extinction, birds evolved from the dinosaurs said to researchers using the fossils of the dinosaurs.

Octopuses are invertebrates marine animals found all over the sea. Its scientific name is Octopus Vulgaris belongs to Kingdom Animalia, Phylum Mollusca, Class Cephalopoda, and Order Octopoda. Octopuses are soft bodies with bulging eyes and eight long arms. It has three hearts and nine brains. Octopuses have blue blood due to the copper present in the blood called hemocyanin, instead of hemoglobin ( iron present in the blood )

The Oldest fossil of an octopus has been founded to be lived 296 million years ago during the carboniferous period. The fossil belongs to the Species Pohlsepia and it is displayed at the Field Museum in Chicago.
After some analysis of the fossil, it reveals that it has eight arms and two eyes with some ink sack. So, the researchers decided that the fossil will belong to the octopus species. Octopuses lived before the dinosaurs. So, octopus is older than dinosaurs.
